We would be happy to organize accommodations for you at the river of Ada Bojana. It is a magical place. It is a precious natural oasis that is hard to find anywhere else. Along the river side you will find different restaurants and a few mini-markets, and you are ten minutes away from Pacha Surf Beach by car. In our opinion, there is no better place to stay.

SURFER’S SOUL BUNGALOW
Made by surfers for surfers (and other nature lovers)
We bought this beautiful house in 2018 and did a complete renovation. It is now available to rent. This modern two floor bungalow can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. With 100m2 (900 sq. ft.), you have everything you may need for a perfect relaxing holiday. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms (18m2 or 162 sq. ft each), king size beds and air conditioning. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a comfortable sized bathroom.
The large 35m2 (315 sq. ft.) terrace has hammocks and sun beds… another highlight. From here you can jump straight into the river for a refreshing bath.
The location is fantastic for kitesurfing guests. It is only 1 km from the beach and a 10 minute drive along the beach to our kitesurfing school!

WHITE RIVER HOUSE
Stylish but simple design in tune with nature
We have had our eyes on this little jewel of a cabin for several years. In 2020 we decided to increase the number of our properties on Ada Bojana and acquired this home. It is available to rent.
This lovely cabin is ideal for couples or a family vacation. It can accommodate 2-6 people. The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor above the large living room. There is a separate bedroom with bunk beds. All furniture is wooden and handmade! A highlight is certainly the terrace and patio with its outdoor kitchen and outdoor bar overlooking the river. From the patio you can jump straight into the refreshing fresh water river of Ada Bojana.

BEACH CAMP
Our flying tents: sleeping under the stars
If you prefer to stay right at our beach, you can book a stay in one of our two Tentsile Beach tents. And if you have ever dreamed about sleeping under the stars, you have come to the right place! Our two tentsile tents are located “up in the air” 2-3 meters above the ground. They have a bamboo roof to provide shade for the early morning hours.
These tents are equipped with mattresses, pillows, bed linens, covers and LED lights. If you want, you can bring your own sleeping bag. You can use our public toilets and showers between 10am until 8pm. In our beach bar you can buy breakfast from 10am.
Prices per night: 25€ - 35€ depending on season
Includes a kitesurfing pass for usage of our beach, water for cleaning gear, launch and landing assistance, rescue (if needed), changing cabins, SUPs, Slackline, Beachvolley, etc…
Storage for kite gear: 10€ per day
