Pacha is a beautiful family run beach bar and kite school in Ulcinj, Montenegro. It is part of Velika Plaza, a 13 km long sandy beach and one of the loveliest in all of Montenegro.
Pacha Surf Beach opened in 2013 and we are grateful that it gives us the opportunity to do what we love every day: Kitesurf!
Here we have created the perfect beach experience for you. Come and enjoy relaxing on our beach lounges, sip cocktails in the shade, savor our beach front family cooking, or ride the wind and the waves to your hearts content.

WINDY AND WARM
From May until September, you can enjoy kitesurfing in your shorty, boardshorts or bikini. We have a mix of flat and choppy sea conditions, and a 100-meter strip of shallow area before it gets deep.

Kite with the newest kite gear from Core Kiteboarding. Learn with some of the best and most experienced teachers in town. Here we take care of you, we kite and have fun together.

FOOD AND DRINKS
At Pacha, we have super comfy sunbeds with shade, swings and hammocks. At the bar you can order any cocktail you may desire, and we serve a mix of tasty international and Montenegrin cuisine.

THE LITTLE EXTRA
Book your dream accommodation either at the beautiful river of Ada Bojana, a 5-10 minutes drive from the kite school. Or camp directly at the spot in one of our “flying tents”.

Pacha Kite School teaches beginner through to advanced kite surfers. Our aim is to help you discover your passion for kitesurfing, feel safe and confident on the water and to encourage you to reach your next level.

CORE KITEBOARDING
As a rental guest at Pacha Kite School, you will be able to test and kite with the latest kitesurfing gear from our great partner Core Kiteboarding. They are known for their premium gear, high quality and durable kites.
INDEPENDENT
STORAGE AND KITE SERVICE
You may already be a kitesurfing expert and desire to be on your own. We welcome this! You may store your equipment with us and will have all of our facilities at your disposal, including launch and landing service, rescue, showers and toilets.

KITE AND STAY
Arrive, kite, sleep, eat and repeat. We take care of all details including your accommodations and kite services. There are several comfortable hotels nearby. Upon request we can also provide you with other sport activities (yoga, hiking, SUP tours…).

We have gone kitesurfing at some of the most amazing places around the world. However, from our experience, Ulcinj remains the best place anywhere to kitesurf! Why? Every day the wind ticks in like a clock from the same direction and at the same strength. It is warm and you can kitesurf in either boardshorts or a bikini. It is safe with no reef, no rocks, no waves, and no current. Also, it is convenient, and we provide absolutely everything you might need! During a normal windy season, you will be able to kite on average 4-6 out of 7 days. If you are a foil kitesurfer, you most likely will not be able to rest at all ;).
